However, we currently do not ship to Brazil and Russia. If customers from these countries are interested in our products, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at support@tedalus.com. All our products are dispatched directly from Switzerland.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a highly detailed tracking solution. An email will be sent to you containing shipping details along with your tracking number. With this number, you can always see where your parcel is and monitor every major step of its journey. Additionally, you will be notified about the exact date of delivery, ensuring you are fully informed about the status of your order from dispatch to arrival.
Chances are high, yes. Based on your nation's rules, you might be classified as an importer and be subject to customs charges. We ensure all preparations are made prior to shipping for a smooth customs process. Should any fees apply, you'll receive a subsequent invoice from FedEx once your item is already delivered to you.

For international orders, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all purchases exceeding 500 CHF. For orders below this value, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your address. This approach ensures transparency and allows you to see the exact shipping fees applicable to your order before finalizing your purchase.

Information on our delivery process, tracking, and return policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. For unused razors:
If you decide not to use the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 30
days of arrival for a full refund. To qualify, the product must be in its original "new" condition:
- Unused and not tested
- In its original packaging with all seals and accessories intact, also in "new" condition
- Free from any damage or wear
2. For used/tested razors:
Razors only (Brushes and other prodcuts canot be refunded after use).
While we do not actively encourage the testing of our razors due to the stringent conditions for returns, we understand that you may need to ensure the razor meets your expectations. Therefore, if upon initial use, you find the razor unsatisfactory, we offer a limited window for return:
7-Day Evaluation Period:
If the razor does not meet your expectations upon first use, you have the option to return it within 7 days from the date of arrival. This period is meant to ensure that our product meets the high standards we promise and you expect.
Condition Upon Return:
The razor, even after brief use, must be returned in "new" condition, including all original packaging and accessories in "new" condition. This means the razor should be free from wear, damage, and should not show signs of use at all.
Definition of "New" Condition:
The product must be in the same state as when received. It must show no signs of wear, be free from damage, and include all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange for an international order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
Reach out to us via email at support@tedalus.com to start the return or exchange process. Provide details of your order and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Choose Your Return Shipping Options:
- Option A: Request a FedEx return shipping label from us. We will email it to you and schedule a pickup date for FedEx to collect the razor from your location. Please note, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Option B: If you prefer, you can request a FedEx return shipping label and drop off the razor at your nearest FedEx location yourself. As with Option A, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Option C: Alternatively, you may choose to ship the razor back using a carrier of your choice at your own expense. This option gives you the flexibility to select a shipping method that works best for you.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
If you return a used razor that does not meet the condition of being "new," we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund. In such cases, we will send the razor back to you, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred to return the item to you. Please be mindful of this policy and ensure that the razor and all accessories remain in "new" condition if you are considering a return. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you.
Returns and exchanges for international customers are not free. The cost of sending a product back to us must be covered by the customer.
